Waves of Grace

I used live on Mission Beach in San Diego. Outside of the busy summer months, the beach houses were turned into student rentals. In my last year of college, my friend and I were fortunate enough to have rented a small apartment right by the Pacific Ocean. Each morning, I would dart to the coast to watch the waves crash and recede, crash and recede, crash and recede. This constant rhythm hummed in the background of an otherwise tumultuous college year.

A Glorious Mystery

When I first heard about Reimagining the Church and that our church (Zion Episcopal, North Branford) was applying to be a part of it, I thought “fantastic!”. We’re a small church that has so much spirit and love and we do our best to share what we have with anyone who needs a helping hand; yet we could use some help with getting that out past the red doors.
